Cryotherapy

Skip the beltway drive! This first-of-its-kind recovery experience in the area something many used to travel to DC or Northern Virginia for is now conveniently available in our community in Southern Maryland.

Our CRYONiQ™ premium, high-performance cryotherapy chamber is engineered for stabilization, safety, and consistent exposure. You’ll step in for a short, guided session of extreme cold exposure, designed to invigorate your senses and reset your body for what’s next.

Intended Benefits

What to Expect

2–3 minutes at around −148°F

A guided session will feel like an intense, bracing chill many describe as a quick “body and mind reset.” The air is very dry, often more tolerable than ice baths. Staff remain present the entire time.

Post-session: warm rush, tingling, and hydration

As you exit the cold, blood rushes back to your skin, creating warmth and possible tingling. Your core temp normalizes within minutes; invigorating, pain-relieving effects can last hours. Hydrate—alkaline or coconut water helps flush toxins and supports temperature normalization.

What to wear

Swimwear or lightweight clothing (shorts, sports bra) is recommended. We provide socks, gloves, and earmuffs. While tingling is normal, you may notice skin redness or sensitivity—check for irritation and avoid prolonged exposure to ice packs.
